M. Erik Matlock lives in Florida, USA. He is a 20-plus-year veteran of pro audio, working in live sound, install, and recording studios over the course of his career.
He is the former owner of Soundmind Recording and Production which provided concert sound, system design and installation as well as studio recording services from 1998 through 2010. He is the author of The Art of the Soundcheck and several books including Basic Training for the Church Audio Technician.
