Zipflo Reinhardt

After a initially autodidactic violin playing, Reinhardt graduated from a seven-year violin training. Parallel he started playing guitar, joined in 1968 for a short time in the rock scene, but then turned exclusively to jazz. Stéphane Grappelli and Jean-Luc Ponty served as role models. Reinhardt was also inspired by John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea.

Zipflo during all these years has worked with many important musicians such as: Bobby Falta, Jan Jankeje, Kuno Schmid (Koono), Tilman Günther, Florian D?ling, Zeca de Oliveira, Matthias Daneck, Daniel Schay, Sylvain Luc, Jean-Luc Miotti, Tony Scott, Pony Poindexter, Tony Inzalaco, Jimmy Woode, Hannes Beckmann, Nipso Brantner, Otto Weiss, Gary Todd, Charly Antolini, Keith Copeland, Biréli Lagrène, Billy Brooks, Emil Mangelsdorff, Tony Lakatos, Alvin Queen, Jan Jankeje, Markus Stockhausen, Joe Bawelino and Mike Reinhardt to name a few.
