The Schertler Group companies’ business is inspired by a desire for customer satisfaction, which, we believe, results from providing comprehensive and accurate information about our products and support services. We also communicate this information through press and through participation in numerous musical events and exhibitions. Consistent with this business model, our website with integrated web shop establishes a new formula for buying direct in a dynamic and interactive relationship between manufacturer and musician, with cutting edge products and rapid developments in technology that cater specifically for a range of user requirements.

All Schertler Group products are exclusively manufactured by us at our production facilities in Potenza Picena (Italy) and Mendrisio (Switzerland). Our new sales philosophy, which allows direct purchasing from the factory, skipping the intermediate stages of the distribution chain, enables the customer to drive the process of ing and buying. Interfacing directly with the manufacturer, and even visiting the company to try out the wide range of available products, in dedicated spaces with assistance from qualified design and production staff, means that knowledge of the intrinsic qualities and functionality of the products can be effectively communicated to the customer.

Our business model also provides for a network of business partners, located throughout the European territories, ed on the basis of reliability and competence, at whose showrooms and outlets musicians can test and buy our products under exactly the same conditions available at our factories and in our web shop.In addition to offering pricing guarantees, defined at European level, these conditions also honour the "30 days money back," and "3-year warranty" clauses. This ensures that purchases are made in an informed and transparent way.

For the most effective implementation and consolidation of our business model, the Group companies engage with the systematic belief in involving all employees in the continuous improvement of products and services offered to the customer in respect of the external environment and occupational safety, as well as the laws and regulations governing the environment, occupational safety, products and ethics.

These are activities and functions for whose operation and maintenance the Management is fully committed, making available the necessary resources through an "Integrated Management System" (SGI), which is essentially composed of the following systems of internal organization:

Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with EN ISO 9001;

Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with EN ISO 14001 and national laws of reference;

System Security Management Jobs (SGSL) in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and national laws;

Management System for Social Responsibility (SGSR) with reference to the SA8000 standard and conforming to national reference.
